Willow Springs
The Car Show Returns in 2016

Date: August 24, 2016

The Village of Willow Springs plays hosts to many events throughout the year. One of AC Variety's favorites is the annual Car Show. This event acts as a benefit for the Willow Springs Family and Veterans Relief Fund.

Jim Alleruzzo hosts the production. In addition to the cars, this show has a few other treats! From a baby's "first car show," to a lemonade stand, to skateboarding; there's a little bit of everything. Examples of cars featured include an Econoline, Super Bee, and a Trans Am. The car show features activities for all ages. The New Invaders provide musical entertainment with their rendition of "Born to Be Wild". The West Suburban Water Commission provides an interview, and also operates a stand to provide information to the spectators.

This production showcases the volunteer efforts that make events like these possible in Willow Springs. For more information on upcoming events in the Village, go to here. To interact with AC Variety, Follow @ACvariety.
